Freight Provider?
- Australia Post is currently our preferred freight provider, with all orders shipped the same business day.
- ShopJFM has no control of freight delays and take all necessary precautions to ensure the end user receives purchases in a timely manner.
Online Return Policy?
- Items must be returned within 30 days of dispatch.
- The returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in otherwise unused condition, with all original labels and tags attached.
- The returned items must be lodged in our Online Return Portal in order to be processed.
International Returns?
- All international returns will be processed for either Credit Gift Card or Refund only. We cannot process international returns for exchange.
- All international returns are at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable. Please use your preferred postage service to our Return address.
Faulty Items?
